Jennifer (Jenny) Rozelle,
Owner
Since 2012, Jennifer (Jenny) has been part of the Indiana Estate & Elder Law team. As an owner of the firm and a practicing attorney, she wears many hats for the firm and team. Though, under the many hats, you’ll usually find a smile!
Jenny obtained her bachelor’s degree in both political science and history from Butler University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Jenny is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association – specifically, the Elder Law Section and the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section. She’s also a member of the American Bar Association and NAELA National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Jenny is involved in Lawyers with Purpose™, Semester at Sea Alumni Organization, and Business Professionals of America Alumni Division. Through Business Professionals of America, Jenny volunteers her time by serving as a judge for high school students participating in the state and national competitions. Lastly, she is a proud Board Member for the Indiana Parkinson’s Foundation.
Jenny and her husband Justin live in Sheridan, Ind., with their (spoiled) two basset hounds and polled shorthorn cattle. (Against her better judgment, she has all the cattle named.) If not at home, she is likely either at Hinkle Fieldhouse cheering for the Butler Bulldogs, spending time with her family and friends, or traveling.
