At Indiana Estate & Elder Law, we believe that each client's needs are unique, and we are committed to providing personalized and effective legal solutions. To ensure we offer the most accurate and beneficial advice, we have designed our fee structure with transparency and customization in mind.
Free Initial Consultation
We offer a free initial consultation to get to know you, understand your goals, and assess your assets. This initial meeting is crucial for us to fully grasp what you need from our services and how we can best assist you. During this initial meeting, we'll discuss your individual situation in detail, so we can craft a plan that achieves your goals.
Flat Fee Structure
After your initial consultation, you will be provided with a solution that achieves your goals and the associated flat fee for those services.
- No hidden Fees: Your flat fee will cover all of the communication & appointments required to achieve your goals.
- Billing: Most often, your flat fee will be split into two payments.
- Goal Focused: Functioning on a flat fee basis offers you the peace of mind in knowing you will not be charged each time you need to communicate with our office.
However, it is important to note that there may be exceptions to this flat fee structure. Fees will be discussed during your consultation.
Why We Don't Offer Rates Upfront
Because every client's situation is unique, the fees associated with our services will vary. We do not provide specific rates prior to consultations because we value your long-term goals and focus on offering solutions that are specifically tailored to you. Our commitment is to deliver a customized plan that reflects your individual needs.
At Indiana Estate & Elder Law, extreme commitment to quality and personalized service is one of our core values. When working with clients, we invest significant time and effort to fully understand your specific goals, challenges, and financial circumstances. This allows us to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses your unique needs, rather than simply offering a one-size-fits-all solution.
Our fee structure reflects the level of customization and hands-on support we provide. For example, when establishing a trust, we don't just draft the documents - we also guide you through the critical step of properly funding the trust. Many firms treat this as an additional cost, but we include it as part of our comprehensive service.
Similarly, for Medicaid pre-planning and crisis planning, our team applies deep professional knowledge to navigate the complex regulations and ensure your plan aligns with your specific circumstances and objectives. This level of personalized attention and expertise is integrated into our pricing, giving you the peace of mind that your plan is truly tailored to you.
By meeting with families prior to quoting fees, we are able to provide a customized plan that upholds our commitment to quality and reflects your individual needs. We believe this approach delivers far greater value than generic, cookie-cutter estate plans or elder law services.
We encourage you to set up your complimentary consultation to discuss your goals.
