About Jennifer (Jenny) Rozelle, Owner

As one of the owners of Indiana Estate & Elder Law, attorney Jennifer (Jenny) Rozelle serves in a leadership role focusing on firm management, strategic growth, team development, and speaking locally and nationally on various estate and elder law topics. Wearing many hats for the firm and team, you'll usually find a smile underneath!

An Attorney Actively Involved in the Legal and Local Communities

Jenny obtained her bachelor's degree in both political science and history from Butler University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Jenny is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Indiana State Bar Association, where she participates in the Elder Law Section and the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section. She is also a member of Lawyers with Purpose and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

Beyond her legal professional networks, Jenny dedicates time to Business Professionals of America, where she annually judges competitions for high school participants. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member for the Indiana Parkinson Foundation.

Providing Estate and Elder Law Resources and Assistance

Outside of Indiana Estate & Elder Law, Jenny leads two additional ventures: Legal Tea, a weekly podcast where she breaks down estate and elder law topics in a fun, educational, and accessible way—available on all major podcast platforms; and Indiana Trust & Estate Fiduciary Services, a separate entity where she serves as Executor and Trustee for individuals as part of their estate plans.

More About Attorney Jenny Rozelle

Jenny and her husband Justin live in Sheridan, Indiana, with their basset hound, Flossie, and Shorthorn cattle. (Against her better judgment, she has all the cattle named.) If not at home, she is likely either at Hinkle Fieldhouse cheering for the Butler Bulldogs (Go Dawgs!), spending time with her family and friends, or traveling.
