Alexxis Delgado
Alexxis joined Indiana Estate & Elder Law in May 2024 as part of the Client Services team, but has since moved to the Operations Department where she puts her skills in calendar management and project organization to work. These ensure that our team members are equipped with everything they need to complete their tasks.
Throughout the week she coordinates with the accounting team to process daily deposits, checks job postings, manages our vendor relationships, coordinates logistics between our four office locations, and tracks several data points that are key in demonstrating the firm’s growth. As the Operations Coordinator, she supports many internal processes from making sure the client tracking system is up to date, to working with the Director of Operations on streamlining office procedures.
Alexxis earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech. Her 9 years in Hamilton County 4-H clubs are evident in her ability to write processes for the firm and review resumes when adding to our quality-focused team. Additionally, her time working with other departments within the firm helps her make informed decisions in her current role.
Alexxis has always been involved with her family and community, and this year she’s getting married! She is looking forward to building new routines with her partner as well as finding opportunities to invest in her community through friendships, church, the gym, and the local library.
