Indiana Estate & Elder Law (IE&EL) celebrated the opening of its newest satellite office in Franklin, Ind., on November 4, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and gathering of friends, partners, and colleagues. The new location, in addition to offices in Fishers, Rockville, and Wabash, will allow the law firm to more conveniently serve clients in Johnson County and other areas south of Indianapolis.
Along with owners, attorneys, and staff of Indiana Estate & Elder Law, the ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Franklin Mayor Steve Barnett, Director Rosie Chambers and staff of the Franklin Chamber of Commerce, and family and friends of IE&EL.
IE&EL owner Jennifer (Jenny) Rozelle spoke at the event, explaining why the law firm chose to open a new location in Franklin.

“As some of you guys may know,” Rozelle said, “one of our office locations is up north in Fishers. The inspiration for opening this location was a lot of clients, as our firm has grown and expanded to this area, they were like, ‘Jenny, we don’t want to voluntarily get on 465. Are you crazy? We’ll take our business elsewhere.’ As the business owner, I’m like, ‘Well, I don’t want you to take your business elsewhere, I’ll just open an office down there!’ Hence here [we are]!”
