Kelsey Heffner joined the team in October 2025 as a Client Services Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our clients, she brings a positive, welcoming attitude to every phone call and interaction, ensuring that clients feel valued and well-supported from the moment they reach out.

In her role, Kelsey wears many hats, including managing phone inquiries, scheduling meetings across all four of our offices, preparing materials for client meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. She is committed to ensuring that each client’s experience is seamless and productive.

Kelsey is a 2012 graduate of Ball State University and has a diverse professional background, including roles as a preschool teacher, ABA therapist, Family Case Manager for the Indiana Department of Child Services, Trainer for the Indiana Department of Revenue, and Member Services Specialist for the Indiana Public Retirement System. Her varied experiences give her a unique perspective and a deep empathy for others, which makes her a perfect fit for the Client Services team.

Outside of work, Kelsey lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Lucas, and their pets—Luna (dog), Boots (cat), and Cali (lizard), along with an aquarium full of fish. As the oldest of triplets, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly boating on northern Indiana’s lakes. Kelsey is also an avid shopper, concertgoer, and event enthusiast.
