New Associate attorney at Indiana Estate & Elder Law, Alexander Kay.

Alexander Kay

Alex grew up in Fishers, Indiana where he attended Hamilton Southeastern High School. He continued his education at Butler University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and history. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Ever since he was a kid, Alex has always enjoyed working with and helping people. His experiences at a variety of different legal clinics and agencies made him realize the importance of the law, and led him to believe that by becoming a practicing attorney, he could better help people achieve their goals in life. This lifelong desire to assist people in navigating difficult situations ultimately inspired Alex to become an estate planning and elder law attorney.

Alex is an associate attorney at Indiana Estate & Elder Law. He focuses on the technical aspects of estate planning, with a particular emphasis on trust funding and ensuring that our clients’ plans work as intended. He works closely with our team to ensure seamless implementation of comprehensive estate plans.

On the weekends, you will likely find Alex either at a movie theater watching a scary movie, on the soccer field, or taking a walk on the Monon Trail. His other hobbies include reading, exercising, spending time with friends and family, and religiously watching Purdue basketball games.
