As a team, our mission at Indiana Estate & Elder Law is to help clients plan and navigate the challenging world of estate and elder law. We strive to provide legal services in a way that feels different than many law firms. For example, two of our “core values” are:

Indiana Estate & Elder Law serves clients with the expectation that they are to be treated as though they themselves are family of the firm’s employees. This underlying objective has been central to all future missions and visions of the business.
Background
Indiana Estate & Elder Law was founded in 2001 by Susan Hunter as Hunter Law Office. After many years of counseling clients with their succession planning, Susan realized that the clients deserved a plan for the law firm’s future.
The current owners, Jennifer Rozelle and Justin Schuhmacher, were part of that agenda. In 2019, Indiana Estate & Elder Law transitioned in ownership from Susan to Jennifer and Justin with a promise to maintain high quality legal services in estate and elder law.
Headquartered in Fishers, Ind., Indiana Estate & Elder Law opened an office in Rockville, Ind. in 2009, Wabash, Ind. in 2020, and Franklin, Ind. in 2025. We proudly serve all of Indiana from these locations, with plans to continue expanding our reach into future communities.
