Rhonda Miller
Attorney Rhonda Miller joined Indiana Estate & Elder Law in March 2026. Her practice area focuses on estate planning where she enjoys meeting with clients and walking through the entire process from explanation of what estate planning is, to designing the best plan, all the way to completion of your estate plan! Rhonda’s goal is to make sure you understand your options and walk out knowing you have made the best choices for your unique situation. Rhonda’s interest in estate planning and administration was first piqued when she learned of a negative experience that her father encountered as the personal representative for her grandfather’s estate. Because of that, she wants to be an attorney that is known for her helpfulness, clarity, and ability to anticipate your needs.
Rhonda grew up in Michigan and attended the University of Michigan. She went on to serve in the US Air Force before attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Being licensed in both Michigan and Indiana, Rhonda has worked for law firms in both states. She also spent time in the academic world, including as an adjunct instructor at Indiana Wesleyan University. Her emphasis on education is a great fit when it comes to helping people understand the estate planning process.
Residing in Greenfield, Rhonda and her husband enjoy the ever-changing life that comes with four children. Ranging from middle school to post-college ages, her children bring a lot of joy and adventure to their lives. Rhonda (along with her children) is an active volunteer in Civil Air Patrol where she helps organize a summer program that welcomes over 200 cadets and adult volunteers each year to learn about leadership, aerospace education, and living an active healthy lifestyle.
