Hannah Betzler
Hannah joined the team in October 2023 as a receptionist. She is the first on the phone for many clients and often gets to know them as they walk through their estate planning process. Her other roles include building and organizing files, managing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating the team's schedules, and assisting in inter-office communications.
The tasks that Hannah performs promote efficiency in the firm so that the team members entering the conference rooms can focus on their clients. Beyond that, she maintains that vital client-firm relationship in the time between meetings.
Hannah is originally from Yorktown, just over 10 minutes from where she studied Elementary Education at Ball State University. Her career took her from retail, to banking, to mortgages before joining the firm. Her various experiences have equipped her to understand many factors of the Trust Funding Process and built her customer service skills.
There is nothing that is more important to Hannah than her family. She lives with her husband and her sweet daughter, Ivy, in Broad Ripple and hopes to one day move out to the country. They are expecting another baby girl in April 2025. Hannah enjoys taking Ivy for walks on the Monon, going to OrangeTheory classes, spending time at the lake with her parents, or just hanging out with a core group of female friends.
